There are many antioxidant preparations available to boost immunity. Most of them contain water soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins. However as is know that water soluble vitamins should be given for long period where as oil soluble vitamins are to be given for short period. 

Therefore, this combination of antioxidant should be given for short period. This will avoid the accumulation of oil soluble vitamins in body.

As hypervitaminosis A will also cause bone depletion. There for above well-known combination having high source of antioxidant will be of great use. Rather antioxidant of Shatavari and ashwagandha will not only will act on extracellular level but also inter cellular level as how heavy water acts
