As directed by the physician 

Storage: Store in cool, dry place, away from Direct sunlight. 

Use within 30 days once opened. 

The main difference made in this formulation is addition of Dalimb Saal ,Daruharidra and Lodhra this makes Tisar syr formulation specialized for children. Tisar will provide effect in 24 to 48 over cover many symptoms seen while deciding treatment
